The office building is located at the southern end of the Königsallee in Düsseldorf. Generous glass fronts allow a perfect view over the skyline and the city's most famous shopping mile.

To accommodate three offices and a meeting room, the very small floor plan was adapted. The offices are arranged around a central, multifunctional interior, which was created instead of a corridor. All walls bordering on this interior space are glazed. This makes the entire office appear considerably larger than its actual area.
