During my architecture studies at the Technical University of Munich, the RWTH Aachen University and the Düsseldorf Art Academy, I worked in various well-known German architectural offices. Internationally, I completed internships at Toyo Ito Architects in Tokyo/Japan and the Alvar Aalto Museum & Symposium in Jyväskylä/Finland.
After my studies, I started working at von Gerkan Marg and Partners in Aachen, where I quickly took over responsibility for parts of the New Leipzig Trade Fair Center and Quartier 203 in Friedrichstrasse, Berlin. From 1997 I worked at ingenhoven architects and became a project partner, later director and managing director. In addition to my main role in the internationalization of ingenhoven architects, which began with the successful win of the Breezé Tower in Osaka, I have worked on several general planning projects for companies such as Dürr Systems Stuttgart, Gira Radevormwald and the European Investment Bank. The variety of my work in the office ranged from the office furniture system Terminal for Vitra, various tailor-made interiors and furniture designs such as the office's own long desk, scientific research projects, high-quality residential projects, company buildings, high-rise buildings, campus, etc. Projects and a large number of successful competitions, such as the International Criminal Court in The Hague and the Kö Bogen 2 in Düsseldorf.
As the winner of the international selection process for the construction of Google's Campus Expansion Project in Mountain View California, I became a partner of the US subsidiary ingenhoven architects LLP. In 2014 and 2015 I taught as a professor within the framework of the "Master of Workplace Design" at the ie University of Madrid. After almost 18 fantastic years with Christoph Ingenhoven and his colleagues from ingenhoven architects, the dream of opening his own office remained.
Today there has been a major change in architecture. Style and authorship are no longer the focus, but society, the environment, the built and natural context and, above all, the customer and user. Dealing with what already exists instead of creating something new is one of the greatest challenges of the future.

I am happy to work for you with all my professional experience and skills,
