for the champions

Adi Dassler had a mission. He wanted to offer every athlete the best possible product for his sport. After first attempts in his mother's laundry room, he founded the "Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik" in 1924.  Today, adidas is the world's second largest sporting goods manufacturer, helping top athletes achieve global success. Extraordinary performance requires extraordinary equipment. This applies to adidas products as well as to the new world of work at the adidas Campus World of Sports in Herzogenaurach. In the tradition of the company's founder, the new building is a place that helps adidas employees to perform at their best.

The three-storey building, which appears to float above the campus as a tightly knit workcape, is a symbol of the future of the world of work. On three floors, 24 departments are accommodated, which can be flexibly and easily adapted to new work processes and employee wishes. In addition, there are spacious areas for meetings and break-out zones, which promote and support communication and project-related work in varying teams. Sport is the soul: this also applies to both the Group and the new building. The soul of the building is formed by the continuous ground floor, where numerous weather-protected sports areas and large green areas are located. The surrounding landscape continues under the building and creates a unique location. Wood, white surfaces and striking colours for orientation help employees to feel at home in the adidas World of Sports.
